Our challenge was to improve the guest registration and communication process for all Nissan UK events. We designed and built an online portal and communication material for key incentive events. The aesthetic and user journey was carefully mapped so that the process of completing the registration processes was clean, simple and could be completed in stages to suit each individual user. We delivered website, marketing collateral and database integration.
